Tibetan Yoga for Health and Well-Being

Alejandro Chaoul has trained with some of the greatest Tibetan masters of our time and is an expert in Tibetan yoga in the Bön tradition.

Since 1995, he’s been teaching Dzogchen meditation and Tibetan yoga in North America, South America and Europe.

Alejandro holds a PhD in Tibetan religions from Rice University. He has been
focusing his research and teachings on the benefits of yoga and meditation on
health (body and mind), particularly for people with cancer and their caregivers at
MD Anderson Cancer Centre in Houston, in one of the main cancer centers in the
US.
Tibetan yoga uses breath and movement as a simple and powerful method to purify
and open subtle channels and energy centers, thus balancing the body and mind, as
well as helping one’s connection to oneself and others. As such, it is an essential
support for meditation practice and health in daily life.

Alejandro will teach in English with French translation.
